If the shirt you receive does not meet your expectations, we have a transparent and fair return & refund policy to support you. Please review the policy below carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled for our apparel.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 90 days from the date you received your order. After this period has passed, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept return requests.

2. Conditions for an Eligible Return

To be accepted for return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Within the 90-day return window.

  • Original condition: The shirt must not have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged in any way.

  • Packaging & tags: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt is required.

3. Cases Where Returns Apply

A. Returns Due to Luxipew’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Delivered)

We will take full responsibility if you receive:

  • A product that is damaged during transit (torn, stained, ripped seams, broken buttons, etc.).

  • A defective product (fabric flaws, stitching errors, missing parts).

  • A product that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design).

Cost: Completely free of charge. Luxipew will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Solution Options:

  1. Receive a brand-new replacement shirt (subject to stock availability).

  2. Request a full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Doesn’t Fit, or No Longer Needed)

We understand that sometimes the shirt you ordered might not fit your style, preference, or size.

Cost: In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and carefully packing the item to avoid damage during the return process.

Solution Options:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned shirt to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund of the product value only (excluding the original shipping fee).

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, quality control, and fairness to all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective due to Luxipew’s error:

  • Final Sale Shirts: Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Used or Altered Shirts: Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.

5. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To make sure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • For defective or damaged shirts: attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • Our Customer Support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  • If the return is due to Luxipew’s fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • If it is a general return (e.g., size issue, change of mind), you will receive instructions for shipping the product back at your own expense.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the Item Back

  • Please pack your shirt securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Whenever possible, use the original packaging (box or polybag) and include all tags and labels.

6. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within a maximum of 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund Method: Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal). Store credits are only issued upon customer request.

  • Notification: Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the transaction.

7. Additional Fees

No Restocking Fees: Luxipew does not charge any additional handling or restocking fees for returned shirts.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Shipping Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
